By using Wayword (the “App”), provided by iknowya (“we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Wayword provides offline translation, camera text translation, phrase tools, a map of places, and a community where users post photos and reviews of places (“check-ins”) and comment on them. Features may change over time.
You can browse and like content as a guest. Posting check-ins and comments requires a registered account (email, Sign in with Apple or Google). You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your credentials safe. You can delete your account in the App at any time.
You keep ownership of the photos and text you post. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, resize and distribute your content within the App and the service for as long as it is posted. You confirm that you have the right to post it and that it does not infringe anyone’s rights.
Do not post content that is illegal, sexually explicit, violent or graphic, hateful, harassing or threatening, misleading or spam, or that promotes scams, gambling or illegal goods. Do not post other people’s private information or photos of people who have not agreed. Do not post advertisements, contact details or links to solicit users. Post real experiences at the place you are checking in to.
You can report any check-in or comment and block any user from the “…” menu. Content reported by several different users is hidden automatically until it is reviewed. We review reports and may remove content, restrict or terminate accounts that break these rules, without prior notice. To contact us about content, email admin@unify365.net; we aim to act on valid reports within 24 hours.
Translations are produced automatically on your device and can be wrong. Do not rely on them for medical, legal, safety or other critical decisions. Community content reflects personal opinions and may be inaccurate or out of date. Check opening hours, prices, access and local rules yourself, and use the map and directions at your own risk.
Some features need a paid subscription, purchased through your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel in iOS Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Payments and refunds are handled by Apple under its terms.
Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or abuse the service, scrape content in bulk, or use automated means to post or interact.
The App is provided “as is” without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for content posted by users. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these Terms and will change the effective date above. You may stop using the App at any time; we may suspend or end access if you break these Terms.
